Smart Choice prides itself on successfully sourcing Australian-made, coastal-friendly products and suppliers. These include Lysaghts, Alspec and APS Versiclad, to name just a few.

The BlueScope Lysaghts products we use are Flatdek roofing and Trimdek roofing, which are rolled from Australian coil in Australia by Australian workers. We also use Lysaghts Role Form Beams when spans required are too great for aluminium. The flashings we use from Lysaghts are made from a steel product called Ultra that is manufactured especially for harsh coastal conditions and therefore perfect for any south coast patio.

Alspec is also an Australian-based company and the Alspec box section beams, posts and channels we use are all manufactured from high quality aluminium that is perfect for coastal applications including a south coast patio or south coast rails.

APS Versiclad’s products are used mainly for construction of our glass and screened enclosures, small extensions and insulated roofs. Versiclad has an extensive range of wall and roof panels varying in thickness, colour and finish.
